In order to minimise traffic and to avoid you visiting both the practice and a pharmacy. When submitting your prescription request can you please indicate which local pharmacy you would prefer your prescription to be sent to for pick up.

WE DO NOT TAKE PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS OVER THE TELEPHONE
Prescriptions require 3 working days to be processed and signed before collection but may take slightly longer due to the enormous demand we are experiencing at the moment.
In line with the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) as from 25th May 2018 patients must pick up their own prescriptions and confirm their name, date of birth and address. If you wish another person OR a pharmacy to collect your prescription you must confirm this by completing and returning a Prescription Collection form available from reception or here.
