We will accept prescription requests to our email address. We will also accept photos to support a consultation if a clinician has requested these.

To order your prescription by email please send details of name, date of birth and items required to the email address below:
When submitting your prescription via email can you please indicate which local pharmacy you would prefer your prescription to be sent to for pick up.

Prescription requests are exceptionally high and we ask that you only request prescriptions that are due for renewal.

Prescriptions require 3 working days to be processed and signed before collection. These may take a further 2 days at the pharmacy to be processed so please order your medication in plenty of time.
Same day requests for repeat prescriptions will only be completed by exception.
