Please note that the practice will be CLOSED between 12:30pm and 1:30pm each day.

If you have a medical emergency, please call 07762 461164 or if you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 999.

Prescription Requests Policy

Please note that we do not accept prescription requests over the phone or via email.

If you have run out of your medication, we recommend seeking assistance from your local community pharmacy, as they may be able to provide an emergency supply.

For secure and convenient prescription ordering, we encourage you to set up a Patient Services Account. This allows you to request repeat prescriptions online and helps our team process the increasing number of prescription requests more efficiently.

If you do not have access to online services, you can:

  • Use your prescription reorder form
  • Submit a written request to the surgery using the pre-printed slips at reception

Prescription Processing Times

  • We process prescription requests within three working days.
  • Please submit your request before 2pm to ensure it is completed within this timeframe.
  • As we work Monday to Friday, requests submitted after 2pm on Thursday or Friday will be ready the following week.
  • Requests made online at weekends or in the evening will not be processed until the next working day.
  • Please also allow extra time for Community Pharmacies to process and dispense your medication once we have issued the prescription.

If you run out of medication, please speak to a Community Pharmacist, who may be able to help.

Please order in good time—patients are responsible for managing their own medication supply.

We kindly ask that you do not send emails as we do not handle patient queries by email.  Our email address is for clinician use only and cannot be used for patient queries.

If you would like to change where you pick-up your prescription please complete and submit the form Preferred Prescription Pick-up Form. 

Please select your preferred option for prescription pick-up as displayed on the form.  We will update your record with your choice - please allow us 2 working days to process this form.
