To try and help manage the GP workload and make sure GPs are using their skills in the best way the Scottish Government along with the GPs agreed that giving vaccinations should be moved away from General Practice.

Your vaccination history will be ready for collection 5 working days after form submitted.
If you attend a travel clinic and receive additional vaccinations please advise us and we will update your medical record.
